Important New Research Links Nature and Children’s Health
Check out this article on child activity and how it has changed over the past few decades. Studies are linking the absence of outdoor play-time with many of the early onset health epidemics that children are currently facing. Author, Richard Louv, has coined this shift to a more sedentary, electronically driven lifestyle as, "nature-deficit disorder".
